Not necessarily; I think it would depend on the context and "tone," so to speak. There are many somewhat unpleasant things we might say to each other that do not undermine others personally. Professional Credibility

Not necessarily; I think it would depend on the context and "tone," so to speak. There are many somewhat unpleasant things we might say to each other that do not undermine others personally.
