Can someone please turn this into a readable article that includes some well-informed information about the economic issues involved and moves a great deal of its secondary matter to other pages. I am now doing some pruning of irrelevant and inaccurate material in order to make room for the addition of the material that the article lacks. [[User:Nick Gardner|Nick Gardner]] 16:46, 5 February 2009 (UTC)
