On the other hand, I think that intellectuals and national education ministries have '''totally failed''' in their duty to set up a free encyclopedia, which was possible as soon as in the mid 90's. I sadly seen that French shoolards, Education ministry, seem happy to have/had a reserved access to knowledge. Hello, I'm a French Student,
I collaborate with the Wenlin Institute and helped Unicode Consortium to find out some errors they made since I have specially good knowledge on CJK character's shapes and their Stroke order.
Accordingly, I will probably share some expert articles about CJK characters' Stroke order.
I was administrator in Commons and fr.Wikipedia.org , and I think that Wikipedia should be slowly gave to the hands of the world wide schoolard's community, and slowly be close to everyones editions.
On the other hand, I think that intellectuals and national education ministries have totally failed in their duty to set up a free encyclopedia, which was possible as soon as in the mid 90's. I sadly seen that French shoolards, Education ministry, seem happy to have/had a reserved access to knowledge. Although, I think that "credentialed experts" should show big humility when looking on Wikipedia, since they had all the knowledge to do better, but did nothing.
