On Wikipedia, notability is the requirement that articles are held to. Deletionists claim that articles about subjects which are not that notable should be deleted, while inclusionists argue for the inclusion of articles which, though may not seem useful on the face of it, are still part of the "sum of human knowledge", what Wikipedia aims for.
Larry Sanger, the founder and former Editor-in-Chief of the Citizendium, is an inclusionist. The Citizendium operates under a more inclusionist policy rather than notability.
