Proposed grouping

This demonstrates how we can make use of catch-all "other X" categories by using supercategories that are not themselves workgroups at all. In terms you can see demonstrated on http://forum.citizendium.org/ : we might want to set up a separate whole Forum for each supercategory (such as "Humanities"), so there is then a separate Board for each discipline (such as "Philosophy"), and a separate Category for each subdiscipline (such as "Ethics").
