Major general James Barclay commands the Army Aviation Center of Excellence and the Army Aviation Branch; BG Warren Phipps is deputy commander. The senior enlisted advisor is CSM Tod Glidewell, and, to reflect the large number of warrant officers in Army Aviation, CWO5 Jeffery Reichard is Chief Warrant Officer of the Aviation Branch. Colonel Yvette J. Kelley is the garrison commander.
