I submitted a request to the NYTimes to reuse the photo from their 2019 article at https://www.nytimes.com/2019/08/22/us/politics/navy-lawyer-promotion-guantanamo.html.  I have never done this before so don't know if it will work or how long it may take to hear back from the NYTimes.  Putting this here as a reminder.
