Workgroup homepages should contain (not necessarily in this order): (i) a list of proposed subgroups, (ii) links to the top articles, and other articles, managed by the workgroup, (iii) a link to the discipline's editors, (iv) a link to the discipline's authors, (v) a link to the discipline's forum, (vi) a welcome message aimed at new editors in your area, and perhaps (vii) a link to a version of this recruitment letter adapted for your discipline. And whatever else seems helpful!
