If you take the point of lower case to extreme beyond that of what you actually want in practice, some people will mimic you. The point could be emphasised better, without the potential for confusion, by giving more examples of good practice and by giving a longer explanation than the current one sentence. Examples should use good practice not extremes
My edit of the 'c' to 'C' was to remove the confusion that resulted in this thread [1] on the forums. The example, in my opinion, should demonstrate exactly how you want titles to appear. If you take the point of lower case to extreme beyond that of what you actually want in practice, some people will mimic you. The point could be emphasised better, without the potential for confusion, by giving more examples of good practice and by giving a longer explanation than the current one sentence.
