The Colorado Rockies are a Major League Baseball team based in Denver, Colorado. The team was founded in 1993 as an expansion team in the National League. ^[1] ^[2] ^[3]

The team has been based in Denver since its inception in 1993. They have played their home games at the following stadiums. ^[4] ^[5] ^[6]

They have been known as the Colorado Rockies for their entire history.
