Charlotte Mountbatten-Windsor is the granddaughter of King Charles III. She is currently sixth in the line of succession to the throne.[1]
The Succession to the Crown Act of 2013 changed the rules for Royal children.[1] Charlotte was the first female affected by the change. Priot to the act Royal daughters, like her great-aunt Anne, ranked lower in the list than their younger brother(s). Charlotte, however before her younger brother Louis, and all her cousins.
