CZ Community pages should be revised for simplicity

Summary: Part of what is keeping our "elitism shield" up is that many (if not all) of the community pages are overly complex in terms of what they describe. A campaign to heavily review and edit the pages will give us leaner, easy-to-comprehend documentation and improve our external appearance. Summary: Help:Contents links to similar material as CZ:Home does, but is less well organized and less complete. I propose that these pages be merged. Capitalization of CZ namespace articles

Summary: The CZ:Naming Conventions article indicates that all articles' titles should be lower-case except for words ordinarily capitalized in sentences. Unfortunately, the majority of the articles linked from CZ:Home have all major words capitalized (title case). We should move all articles in the CZ namespace to follow our naming conventions.
