Holdover from other than WP

Didn't intend figure 11.5 to get through; the text, however, is mostly an update of an unpublished book chapter from a few years ago. No WP connection, and I'm trying to find the drawings in hard copy; the computer file is definitely gone. Howard C. Berkowitz 19:07, 19 October 2008 (UTC)
