Dac Lac Province is the largest of the three provinces of the Central Highlands of Vietnam. It may also be written as Dak Lak or Dac Lak. Ban Me Thuot its its capital, 1399 km south of Hanoi.

Cambodia forms its western border. To the north is Gia Lai Province, Phuc Yen Provinces on the north and east, Khanh Hoa and Lam Dong Province on the east, and Binh Phuoc Province to the southwest.

Its highest area are the Truong Song Mountains; it has many lakes.

Economic development

Vietnamese and Cambodian development is cooperative. [1]
