This article can be a nice example of a "natural breed" as well as an equestrian sports article. Although I do not consider myself an expert among Paso fino owners, I do own a Paso fino stallion and have some reasonable knowlege of the breed. I can supply pictures, and so I thought I'd work a bit here. Hopefully, others will join me. Nancy Sculerati MD 17:31, 13 January 2007 (CST)

Nancy, please change Columbia to "Colombia". Here is a link with history info- I wrote it, use whatever you want. Janet

Yeah Janet!!! Welcome! You can change it, just edit the page. Look at Dog, and Cat colors, and Horse colors please. Also, believe it or not- Obese pets (where you will see a familiar picture.Warmly, Nancy Sculerati MD 20:23, 25 January 2007 (CST)

Hi Nancy - I truly think that the paragraph about Colombian horses (trote, etc.) should be removed. We have enough trouble trying to explain to that people that think they own pasos why they own troche horses!! How about another topic under breeds? I'm happy to work on writing that one. Main point about paso finos is the synchronous 4beat gait (or technically isochronal). Testing cadence was why the sounding board or "la tabla" was invented. It has nothing to do with speed, everything to do with la ritmica and la cadencia.
