A line is a concept in Euclidean geometry that has length but no breadth or depth. A line is made up of an infinite number of points. The extremities of a surface are made up of lines. A straight line is made up of points such that any line segment linking any two of the points cannot be shorter than the length of the straight line segment that links the two points.
