Agricultural Adjustment Administration

The Agricultural Adjustment Administration was a New Deal price administration agency established in the U.S. by the Agricultural Adjustment Act of 1933. Its effort to control agricultural prices federally was overturned by the U.S. Supreme Court in 1936, returning this power to individual states.
