Welcome to the Citizendium! We hope you will contribute boldly and well. Here are pointers for a quick start, and see Getting Started for other helpful "startup" links, our help system and CZ:Home for the top menu of community pages. You can test out editing in the sandbox if you'd like. If you need help to get going, the forum is one option. That's also where we discuss policy and proposals. You can ask any user or the editors for help, too. Just put a note on their "talk" page. Again, welcome and have fun!

You can find some more information about our collaboration groups if you follow this link Citizendium_Pilot:Discipline_Workgroups.You can always ask me on my talk page or others about how to proceed or any other question you might have.

What do you think [1]? --Matt Innis (Talk) 10:59, 21 June 2007 (CDT)

Hello Sorin, I created an CZ:Eduzendium Workgroup in hopes of making it easier to keep all your information in one place. I also created Category:Eduzendium Educators and Category:Eduzendium Authors and have been placing students and instructors in each. Does this look like something that will help? Is there some other way that you want to organize it? And, last but not least, should I keep going? You can leave a message here and I will find it. Thanks for your time, D. Matt, this is a brilliant idea. Let us do it. Please make sure that you include Lee Berger in this operation as well. Can we chat at some point about this, as well? Skype? --Sorin Adam Matei 12:44, 5 February 2008 (CST)

Good news, I will cc Lee Berger on this. We started a forum discussion for this and your input is definitely needed ;-) If we do this right, it should be able to be really easy for instructors to keep track of their students and their work... but I may be dreaming! Unfortunately, I am not the best with the technical details, but we should be able to pull together some of those who are. I do have skype as well. Just let me know what you need and I'll see what I can do to help make it happen. --D. Matt Innis 19:47, 5 February 2008 (CST)
