Languages; interaction between humans and machines; science fiction/fantasy and its community; geology and paleontology; cognitive and situational psychology; history outside of Western civilization. (Nothing against Western civilization, it's just that I get bored hearing about the same stuff over and over again.)

What I'm doing here

At the moment, mostly The Big Cleanup.

I've decided the best way to approach article-writing is to go after the topics where there aren't already at least hundred people here who could write them better than me. So I've started on some calendar articles, with plans to write something on Disney theme parks, or maybe major sf writers.

My first and third articles were on the Positivist calendar and French republican calendar respectively. I like watching the links turn blue as Citizendium expands.
