The Citizendium has taken very careful measures to document all media on its site to standards that are unparalleled among similar sites. Even so, there are several things you ought keep in mind. The following is intended to offer some helpful, albeit non-legal guidance on reusing media hosted on our project.

Overview of how we document

At minimum, all Citizendium image pages contain the following information to assist you in reusing media we host:

  • The precise source of the image, either as a web-link or paper publication.
  • The real name of the author or entity responsible for creating or digitizing and making available the image leading to a way to make contact.
