CZ:Bot flag

Users at Citizendium have different sets of rights. One of these rights, granted according to the rules laid out in CZ:Application for bot accounts, is to run bots, for which a separate account is required that will be flagged as a bot account, so that its edits do not clutter the Recent Change page.
