I have an undergraduate degree in psychology from a small liberal arts college in the U.S. midwest and a law degree. I have practiced law for a number of years in an insurance/financial services firm. My interests include music (theory, practice (specifically electric guitar), recording, and the Beatles), language (French, social aspects of language, and the history and development of English), and (no big surprise here) law (securities law, intellectual property law, "finance" law, insurance regulation, contract law, and corporation/entity law).
