Is this a definition?
No, it is a jumble of words and phrases that have fallen onto the page in haphazard fashion. We cannot even be sure if it is all correct. No attempt was made to copyedit the mess, let alone introduce some cohesion or give a thought for the poor reader.
But, as far as the former "Military Editor" is concerned, stuff like this is par for the course and is a demonstration of his expertise. What a shambles. John (talk) 02:30, 9 March 2024 (CST)
