Jeff Augustin
Occupation playwright, screenwriter

Jeff Augustin is an American writer.[1] He has written for television and the stage.

Augustin was born in Haiti.[2] He enrolled in Boston College majoring in political science and economics, but switched his major to theatre, graduating in 2008. He earned a MFA from the University of California, San Diego.

He wrote for the television series The Morning Show, The Good Lord Bird and Claws.[2]

In 2021 he was one of ten individuals given a Steinberg Emerging Playwrights Award, that was accompanied by $10,000.[3]

In 2022 Boston College gave him its Alumni Arts Award for Distinguished Achievement.[2]
