Suggested change in notation for abelian map groups

The notation is impossible to understand unless you are familiar with maps, which is not very likely if you want to know what abelian groups are.

Why not make this idea more accessible to everyone by changing it to f(g(x))=g(f(x)) for all x in the domain of the functions?
