Talk:International Baccalaureate Organisation
Language Usage
Since the IBO is based in Geneva and publishes its own content according to British spelling conventions, I suggest we try to stick to those conventions in other places on this page. This is going to put us at odds with much of the CZ content, but we can't very well turn their officially titled "programmes" into "programs" so let's keep things consistent.
This means that you'll need to keep an eye on my contributions. :) Please don't hesitate to re-colour my colors. --Joe Quick | Talk
- I actually wrote the article using Programs then half way through I took a look at the IB website and it had programmes, so I changed them. Ryan McCue Let's have a chat 01:50, 1 March 2007 (CST)
Before we go any further
It struck me as I was thinking about how to formulate the introductory section that it might be better (and easier) if we redirect this page to one named International Baccalaureate Organisation. I think this might be more accurate and it would free us up somewhat stylistically. Joe Quick | Talk 04:09, 1 March 2007 (CST)
- I suppose so since there's not really any point in having two articles. I was going to create an article for the IBO, but then I thought why bother when we already have this article. It really should be called International Baccalaureate Organisation though. I'll do it sometime Ryan McCue Let's have a chat 18:14, 9 March 2007 (CST)
Joe or Ryan, could you guys fill out the checklist template above and update it as you complete parts of it. Don't forget to do this on all your articles you start. You guys are working hard! Thanks. --Matt Innis (Talk) 23:06, 6 April 2007 (CDT)
