Fresh start

I'm hoping to kick off a fresh start on this important entry, not just a copy of the wikipedia. A few sentences of the second paragraph of the present text are adapted from the 11th edition of the Encyclopædia Britannica, a public-domain source. Russell Potter 10:48, 24 June 2007 (CDT)

I plan to continue with the work started by Russell Potter, and for that purpose I have set up a framework of paragraphs into which I plan to transfer and develop the existing text. I have added a timelines subpage with the attention of creating the foundation of the history paragraph. Nick Gardner 08:44, 9 March 2012 (UTC)

Completion of a framework

I believe the revised article to be complete in the sense of establishing a basic factual framework, but I should welcome suggestions concerning possible improvements because I do not consider that it is yet suitable for approval. Nick Gardner 11:19, 14 March 2012 (UTC)
