I am an Organisational Psychologist, 52 years old. I live in Rome but I worked a time in South America, especially in Argentina. After many years (aprox. 20) working in the field of Therapeutic Communities and Transitional Services for socializing elderly people, I entered in Teaching Career in 2 Roman Universities, where actually I teach Organisational Psychology and HR Management. My research interests are in Psychology of Change and Transitions, Organisational Development and Leadership, Virtual Environments and Group Dynamics. I published a book in Italian, about Therapeuthic Communities and several articles.
