I am David Laureys, born in Belgium (28 december 1984) where i still live, so my first language is dutch. For the moment i'm studying chemical engineering at the university in Ghent ( http://www.fbw.ugent.be/Education/index.php) and when i got some free time, i like surfing the internet looking for any kind of unknown interesting information, and from time to time, when i'm in a musical mood i can't resist to play my violin. I am interested in food chemistry, food processing and conservation methods, ecological troubles, but also in alternative house-building, energy-sources, Linux... .
