I have been a participant in the Wikipedia discussions of the Monty Hall problem for over 2 years. I have been instrumental in the framing of the arguments on that page towards the simple solutions and explanations that the Citizendium proof article now attempts to present. I reflect both 'the common man's', and the native speaking American's understanding in regards to the Monty Hall problem.
