My biography:

I was born 25th of April 1960 in the university town of Göttingen, as a son of a teacher in mathematics and physics (my father) and an assistant in a chemical laboratory producing penicillin (that was mother).

I was educated according to natural sciences and studied mechanical engineering and economics. I hold a german degree as a doctor of mechanical engineering. (Dr.-Ing.)

I additionally studied aspects of bionics at the TU Berlin (Prof. Rechenberg) and evolutionary strategy at Max Planck Institute in Göttingen (Nobel price winner Prof. Manfred Eigen). I personally am in contact with both scientists.

I was with companies like MBB Aerospace, Porsche, Mercedes, BMW and VW for many years, and I was a consultant at the Kaizen Institute in Tokyo with Masaaki Imai. Today im COO and CResO of Acabion TM in Lucerne, Switzerland.

I especially want to contribute to issues of continuous improvement, production, lean production, future traffic, bionics and aspects of innovations.
