I am the Electronic Reference Librarian at the Palmerston North City Library, New Zealand. I have spent 20 years in the library profession. While I am not a subject expert in any field, I am proficient at fact-finding and checking. I have a nationally recognized Certificate in Librarianship from the Wellington College of Education (1991).
