You can test out editing in the sandbox if you'd like. If you need help to get going, the forums is one option. That's also where we discuss policy and proposals. Dear Frederick (or may I call you Freddie?), welcome to Citizendium. I see that you created an article (The life and career of Freddie Marsh) that is identical to User:Frederick Marsh. Because you are new here, you are probably not aware of the fact that your bio is supposed to be only on your user page (the second link). In other words, the article on "Life and career of Freddie Marsh" (the first link) is out of place and would better be removed. We do have some biographies of living persons, but, as you can understand, strict rules apply to them. Most commonly they are written by another person and only checked for correctness by the subject of the biography.
