Glad to have you here...perhaps a bit of Spanish cuisine as well? :-)
I'm a Military Workgroup editor, more involved in recent events, but I'd be glad to work with you on Spanish military history. There's a bit in the Gulf War articles, which I want to expand; we also need something on the Madrid bombings.
As a Computers Editor, I always like to point out that the first commercial packet switching network was not in the US, but between Madrid and Barcelona. At least on this side of the Atlantic, there tends to be a lack of knowledge about current Spanish technology. Howard C. Berkowitz 15:51, 16 July 2009 (UTC)

thanks for getting things started at Spanish topics here. I have no particular expertise in there but started Almendralejo/Related Articles to give you an idea how the CZ:Related Articles subpages for such entries could look like. Their main purpose is to help with navigating at CZ, and in order to help people find the articles, it is important to set up these pages properly, and to also link them from the related articles subpages of relevant articles (in this case perhaps Extremadura, Province of Badajoz (Spain) and Romanticism). --Daniel Mietchen 14:21, 17 July 2009 (UTC)

- Sorry for bothering you again but another one of the differences between CZ and WP is the use of categories, which I have just summed up at CZ:Categories. To organize lists of writers, something like Orchidaceae/Related_Articles/Masterlist, as implemented, e.g., at Orchid/Related Articles, may be the way to go (perhaps best on Catalog subpages, as pointed by Peter out below). Hi, Javier. What you want have -- lists of cities, authors, etc. -- is not done using categories, but by compiling /Catalogs subpages. So -- instead of "Category:Spanish writers" -- this could be "Spanish literature/Catalogs/Spanish authors" (or something like that). Peter Schmitt 12:38, 21 July 2009 (UTC)
