possible article approval

Hi Regina, are you still around? Denis Cavanagh mentioned that he thinks that the article Russian Revolution of 1917 might be ready for approval. I took a look through the profiles for some of our history editors and it seems like you would be a good person to oversee approval for that article. Denis, when you say, "It still needs work though," do you mean we should not approve it now or do you mean we should approve and then keep working on the draft?
